interior plains
The Interior Plains cover 6 provinces: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, N.W.T, Yukon, and B.C. It was formed in the Precambrian era. There is only 1 rock type there which is sedimentary. It is full of grasslands, spruce and fir trees, oat, barley, and wheat. There are some minerals & natural resources: potash, salt, oil, natural gas, coal. The land uses are: mining, farming, parks, and living space. In the Interior planes, there are some shallow seas and rivers. The environmental issue that was noticed was that there is a lot of mining happening so the grasslands and forests are getting ruined.
If you were to go to Edmonton in the winter you could go see big ski hills. You could go ski. Skis and warm clothes.
